Undergraduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership

Strengthen and amplify the skills that are characteristic of effective leaders with our 18-credit online Undergraduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership. Today’s business landscape needs people with the knowledge to lead cross-cultural teams, motivate employees, manage change and more. Our program will prepare you to lead both people and projects and includes coursework in collaboration, organizational behavior, conflict management, project management and beyond. Once completed, you may apply your credits toward our Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership degree.

Note: For non-degree enrolled students, at least 50% of the credits required for an undergraduate certificate must be earned at Thomas Edison State University. Application of any transferred credits is at the discretion of the dean.

Up to 9 credits (50%) of the 18 credit certificate may be older than 10 years. The remaining certificate credits must be current, completed within 10 years of the most current date of application to the University.
