Our program will help you stay on top of the latest trends in human resources including change management, industrial psychology and organizational behavior. Once completed, you may apply your credits toward our Human Resources Management degree program.

Note: For non-degree enrolled students, at least 50% of the credits required for an undergraduate certificate must be earned at Thomas Edison State University. Application of any transferred credits is at the discretion of the dean.

Up to 9 credits (50%) of the 18 credit certificate may be older than 10 years. The remaining certificate credits must be current, completed within 10 years of the most current date of application to the University.
