Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Construction

Degree Requirements

The following courses are required for the BS degree with an area of study in Construction and can be fulfilled in either the General Education or Electives sections of the degree chart.

• Computer Concepts (CIS-107) or above (3 credits)
• Statistics (3 credits)
• Intermediate Algebra (3 credits)
• Higher Level Math above Intermediate Algebra (3 credits)
• Physics I with Lab or Chemistry I with Lab (4 credits)
• Physics II with Lab or Chemistry II with Lab (4 credits)

APS-610 Cost Estimation and Financial Management for Engineers and Technologists will be adapted to be an undergraduate course.

How Students Earn Credit in the Area of Study: Students whose areas of study are not complete at the time of enrollment either use Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) or classroom work to complete their areas of study.
