Associate in Science (A.S.) in Medical Imaging

You must be registered as a radiographer by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or possess a New Jersey state license to enter the program. Once you complete your degree, you can easily transition to various bachelor’s degree programs at TESU.

Degree Requirements
The following courses are required for the A.S. degree program with an area of study in Medical Imaging and can be fulfilled in either the General Education or Electives sections of the degree chart. (11 Credits)
- Intermediate Algebra (3 Credits)
- Physics I with Lab (4 Credits)
- Anatomy & Physiology I with Lab (4 Credits)
Certification: ARRT RT(R) or NJ license NJ-LRT(R) copy or original certification and current renewal card.
How Students Earn Credit in the Option: License (earned after 1980) provides the credits necessary in the option.
