Degree Requirements


The following courses are required for the AS degree program with an area of study in Aviation Flight Technology and can be fulfilled in either the General Education or Electives sections of the degree chart.

  • College Algebra (3 credits)
  • Physics I with Lab (4 credits)
  • Physics II with Lab (4 credits)

Certification: FAA license as a Commercial Pilot with Instrument Rating. Equivalent military training may be considered.

How Students Earn Credit in the Option: Students options are completed by the license, depending on ratings.
