Nursing Tuition and Fee Schedule
Application Fee (Application fees are nonrefundable.): $50
RN to BSN Tuition per Credit
TESU is reducing RN to BSN program tuition to $311 per credit. The new tuition structure will go into effect during the July 2025 term (registration begins May 31, 2025), applies to in- and out-of-state nursing students, and eliminates the scholarship criteria formerly associated with applicable discounts.

Non-enrolled students who wish to try an online nursing course may take two courses prior to enrollment. Students must be enrolled by the end of the second nursing course to continue taking courses.
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Tuition per Credit

Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Tuition per Credit
- DNP nursing courses: $806

Accelerated BSN Program Tuition
- Tuition † (total program): $41,580
- Clinical Lab Technology Fee (per clinical course)*: $510
* Clinical courses throughout duration of program
† Application fee is waived for Thomas Edison State University alumni. Students accepted into the program must make a non-refundable $500 deposit to confirm their space; the deposit is applied directly toward their first quarterly tuition payment.

- All tuition and fees listed here were approved on June 7, 2024, by the Board of Trustees of Thomas Edison State University and are effective for the August 2024 term. Tuition and fees are subject to change. Tuition and fees for courses and examinations for the nursing and general education requirements taken at other institutions are the student’s responsibility.
- Active-duty military personnel who enroll in the W. Cary Edwards School of Nursing and Health Professions will pay the nursing tuition and fees.
- Nursing practicum fees and clinical lab fees are non-refundable.
