The Testing Center is located at the Naval Weapons Station, Charleston, SC at 1661 Red Bank Road., building 302, room 1066.

Testing Hours

Exams are available during the following hours:

Tuesdays

  • 10 a.m. (CLEP and DSST)
  • 1 p.m. (CLEP and DSST)

Thursdays

  • 10 a.m. (CLEP and DSST)
  • 1 p.m. (CLEP and DSST)

Please arrive approximately 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in.

CLEP exams now requires you to register for CLEP exams prior to your arrival at the National Test Center.

DSST exams are scheduled at your workstation the day you are testing.

*Your email must include: DSST or CLEP in the subject line and also include your name, military status, email address, phone number, the date and time you wish to test, and the exam name.
