Your participation in the Thomas Edison State University (TESU) volunteering activities is valuable to us – it speaks volumes of your commitment and engagement to TESU. Volunteering for TESU is based on your own schedule and interests. By completing a volunteer task, you also complete the “Wizard” step in our Genius Program!

Simply complete one or more of the items on this list and log your time using the form below. Let us know your other creative support of TESU, too!

• Become a social media advocate on the alumni-focused Facebook group
• Assist with career advancement via the College Central Network and LinkedIn
• Share a job opportunity on the College Central Network and LinkedIn
• Network with fellow alumni on the College Central Network and LinkedIn
• Share your testimony on how your TESU have impacted you personally in any way.
• Identify potential corporate or industry partners
• Blog or present webinars: send your topic and ideas to alumni@tesu.edu
• Advocate on the government level (as needed and directed by TESU)
• Volunteer at open houses and instant decision days; greet grads at Commencement (as needed and directed by TESU)
• Attend Commencement or other University sponsored event (as needed and directed by TESU)
• Be a member of a University board (as needed and directed by TESU)
• Complete surveys sent by the University
• Read University enewsletters and other electronic messaging
