Associate in Science in Business Administration
The Associate in Science in Business Administration (ASBA) degree has a broad management core designed to ensure college-level competence in business and the arts and sciences. Some of the topics covered include the principles of management, marketing and financial accounting. The ASBA degree prepares students to make a seamless transition into a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree program.

Doctor of Business Administration
The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) is an online doctoral degree program with areas of study in organizational leadership and human resource management. The degree enables business and management-oriented professionals, industry executives, business managers, military leaders, higher education administrators and consultants to advance their careers.
Doctor of Education
The Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in organization leadership, culture and change is an online doctoral degree program. The degree enables a broad spectrum of organizational professionals to advance in their careers, including executives, administrators, training and development managers, educators, and consultants in industry, military, higher education and entrepreneurial enterprises.
Master of Business Administration
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is an accelerated, relevant and rigorous graduate program that prepares individuals for leadership roles in firms and organizations. The entire program can be completed in 18 months. All courses are offered entirely online in 8-week formats. The program is the only accelerated, online MBA in New Jersey that offers areas of study in data analytics and healthcare management. Additional areas of study include finance and marketing.
