Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA)

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree is a 120-credit program that helps adults achieve college-level competence in business and the arts and sciences.

Students select the area of study, or major, that matches their profession or interest. All students must complete a capstone requirement, which integrates content across the degree program and validates the students’ knowledge.

Degree Learning Outcomes - Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA)

1. Business Content Orientation:
   Apply key theories, models and applications within the global business context.
2. Analytic and Critical Thinking Orientation:
   Demonstrate critical thinking skills in business related situations.
3. Quantitative Reasoning Orientation:
   Employ empirical approaches to planning and decision-making using quantitative reporting mechanisms.

Business Transfer Credits

Within the BSBA Areas of Study, up to 50 percent of the courses in the area of study may be older than 10 years from the most current date of application to the University. The remaining area of study credits must be current, completed within 10 years of the most current date of application to the University. The BSBA capstone course, Business Administration Capstone, has a currency limitation of no more than 5 years old in order to apply toward the Core requirement.
