Thomas Edison State University is excited to now participate in Estée Lauder’s “No Cost Tuition” program using direct bill through Bright Horizons/EdAssist.

How do I start?


  • Employee must apply through Thomas Edison State University and through the Bright Horizons EdAssist System in order to utilize tuition assistance.
  • Employees must identify themselves as an employee of Estée Lauder to receive the No Cost Tuition benefit and must remain eligible for company tuition assistance and earn successful grades as specified in their company policy.
  • Grades and tuition invoice must be submitted through Bright Horizons EdAssist within 60 days of course completion (verify with employer policy) to receive tuition assistance.
