Corporate Choice Program

The Corporate Choice Program at Thomas Edison State University focuses on developing partnerships that enable organizations to develop their human capital and enhance staff development, recruitment and retention programs.

The University works with its partners to deliver high-quality degree and certificate programs to employees and to evaluate professional training programs and credentials to determine if it is equivalent to a college course and can be applied to an academic program.

These partnerships provide opportunities for staff to develop and acquire expertise and proficiency in areas directly applicable to their careers.

We are proud to partner with some of the largest organizations within all sectors of business to provide access to affordable, attainable education for their employees. With the University offering degrees in more than 100 areas of study ranging from associate to doctoral degrees, there are many ways that the University is able to cater to the needs of any organization or corporation’s busy workforce needs.

Organizations who invest in their most important asset, their people, do so because they care.

Talented employees look for how a company or new job can improve their quality of life, which often goes beyond simply a salary and health benefits. Offering programs that enable your employees to advance their careers and improve their lives is a critical strategy for recruiting the brightest candidates and retaining the most promising employees.
