Parking in Trenton

Students and visitors to Thomas Edison State University have a variety of parking options. There are several paid parking options near Thomas Edison State University in downtown Trenton. There are a limited number of meter parking spots along West State Street and also on Barracks Street. Please pay at one of the kiosks on the street. Please note that metered parking on Barracks is available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Paid parking is also available at the Park America parking garage on Chancery Lane. The State Street Square Parking Garage is located on Chancery Lane between West State Street and West Hanover Street. From the University, proceed east on West State Street (across the Barrack Street/N. Willow Street intersection) and make the first left onto Chancery Lane. The parking garage will be on your left. If the garage is full, proceed down Chancery Lane to the stop sign and make a left onto West Hanover Street. Then, make the first right onto Barnes Street. There is a paid parking lot on the right. The lot is open from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and the cost is approximately $13. Cash and credit cards are accepted.

Handicap Parking

Handicapped parking spots are located along West State Street and Willow Street.
