BSN Program

RN-BSN/MSN

As a registered nurse, you understand that the future of healthcare needs nurses with advanced degrees to help healthcare organizations adapt to change and continue to provide exceptional care to patients and their families. Broaden your opportunities as a registered nurse and prepare for the future of nursing today with an online RN-BSN/MSN degree from Thomas Edison State University (TESU).

Our self-paced, accredited BSN program can be completed in as little as 18 months. To remain active, you must complete at least three (3) credits at TESU in 12 months. You can also earn maximum credit for prior learning and up to 63 credits in course equivalencies may be applied when you pass the NCLEX-RN exam. TESU offers an affordable and accelerated path toward earning your degree with our various credit-earning options — saving you time and money. Learn more about our RN-BSN Program advantages.

To meet your needs as a busy registered nurse, our open and rolling admissions program offers the flexibility to start your degree at your convenience. Our class sizes are kept small and are offered during eight (8) week sessions. We also provide four (4) one-week breaks throughout the year. Your nursing advisor is available throughout your educational journey to help you plan and register for appropriate courses. Learn more about RN-BSN term structures and format.

Please note: As of January 2020 we no longer offer the TECEP Exam for NUR-428: Nursing Leadership and Management.
