Medical Imaging

Whether you’re looking to advance your education, seeking a career change, or returning to finish your degree, an Associate in Science (AS) degree in Medical Imaging from Thomas Edison State University (TESU) can help you stand out in the healthcare industry. Medical imaging is vital for doctors when determining the next steps for patients suffering from an injury, chronic pain or other medical conditions. Our 60-credit online program is designed to give registered and licensed radiographers a better understanding of patient care and the technologies used to examine various parts of the human body to diagnose, monitor and generate future treatment plans.

You must be registered as a radiographer by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or possess a New Jersey state license to enter the program. Once you complete your degree, you can easily transition to various bachelor’s degree programs at TESU.
